Asset based only providers with common or contract authority, with at least 90 days of authority since initial grant or reinstatement, with a safety rating of "Satisfactory" or "None" are invited to register. To ensure a quick registration please have ready, your MC Number / DOT Number, W9 Taxable ID, ACH Banking info, or NOA if you factor, and proper company contact information. You will be required to complete the carrier profile, questionnaire, and accept the CEVA Terms and Conditions. If RMIS does not have your COI on file, they will request one from your insurance provider.

CEVA has two classifications of providers.

1. "CEVA 250" is an opportunity for more loads, including certain higher value loads. Requirements below:

CEVA Invitation Only Registration

$1,000,000 General Liability Insurance

$1,000,000 Automobile Liability Insurance

$250,000 Cargo Liability Insurance (aligned with provider contractual liability for loss and damage)

Workers Compensation or Occupational / Accidental Liability as per your statutory requirements

2. "CEVA 100" is designed for lower cargo value loads. Requirements below:

$1,000,000 General Liability Insurance

$1,000,000 Automobile Liability Insurance

$100,000 Cargo Liability insurance (aligned with provider contractual liability for loss and damage)
